Your order will be shipped from our regional distribution center within approx. 25 days. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.

SIZING:

Measure yourself

Shoulder : Measure point to point where your arm joins the shoulder.
Chest : Raise your arms slightly and measure around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist : Measure around the area where you would wear your pants.
Hip : Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

• Please take your measurements wearing normal undergarments; no bulky clothes. Lay the tape measure flat against the skin, do not pull tight or let it droop.
• Keep one finger between the tape and your body for loosing.

GUARANTEE:

We don't permit any returns or cash refund. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Satya Paul purchase, you can exchange it for a merchandise of same value or more. You need to send back the merchandise to be exchanged to the customer service center within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be sent back in their original condition including packaging, along with receipt and reason for exchange.s 

Upon reception of the goods as described above we will refund your credit card at the original selling price of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping cost.

We will contact you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. 

• Returned items should be sent by registered mail. We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit. 

Color accuracy - Every effort has been made to render colors and textures accurately. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on various web browsers and personal monitor settings, we cannot guarantee true color. Some of the merchandise is hand painted and hence each individual product would vary slightly in color.
