1. Can I make online purchases? Are there any terms and conditions?
Yes. You can make purchases online. You can shop for Satya Paul collections via shop.satyapaul.com. Stated below are the terms and conditions while shopping online at Satyapaul.com

Terms And Conditions: 

  • No deliveries will be made to address other than the one stated on the credit card. 
  • Delivery is subject to credit card approval. 
  • All orders are subject to stock availability. 
  • All prices in this site are quoted in INR.

2. How can I check the status of my order online?
To check on the status of your order, please contact our customer service center. In order to serve you better, please provide your Order ID number. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will also send you shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will include the FedEx tracking number for your package. If you are a registered user on shop.satyapaul.com, you can also view your order status by entering "my account," logging in with your user ID (e-mail address) and password, and then clicking on the "orders" button.

3. Do you accept orders online for international delivery?
At this time, satyapaul.com ships to international destinations. Please check the shipping chart for further details or for further assistance with your order please contact us at our customer care number. You can also email us at customercare@satyapaul.com

4. Can I pay my bill online? How?
Yes. If you have a credit card, you can pay your Satya Paul bill online conveniently and securely. In addition, you can pay through cheque/demand draft. Shop.satyapaul.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your account will be charged once your order has been shipped. At this time, unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks, money orders, or any other form of payment.

5. How many days will it take for my purchased merchandise to be shipped?
Your order will be shipped from our regional distribution center within approx. 25 days. Should one or several items of your order be out of stock, we will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.

6. What is the policy for return/exchange of merchandise?
We don't permit any returns or cash refund. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Satya Paul purchase, you can exchange it for a merchandise of same value or more. You need to send back the merchandise to be exchanged to the customer service center within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be sent back in their original condition including packaging, along with receipt and reason for exchange. 

Upon reception of the goods as described above we will refund your credit card at the original selling price of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping cost.

We will contact you upon receipt of the returned merchandise. 

  • Returned items should be sent by registered mail. We will not be held responsible for any loss in transit.

10. How do I modify or cancel my order?
We can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been charged or shipped yet. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify it. The order must first be cancelled, and then a new order placed.
